DayRate is operated by Mauricio Quito as an individual. The current beta is free of charge and available by invitation only.
General support
For account access, workspace use, Bookings, documents, and billing-workflow questions, contact support@trydayrate.com. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, payment-card details, or other secrets in a support request.
Privacy and data requests
For privacy questions and account/data deletion requests, contact privacy@trydayrate.com. Requests are reviewed manually. DayRate verifies account and workspace authority before disclosing or changing data. There is no automatic account or workspace deletion or complete portability export. Google OAuth credentials are removed through disconnect when the optional feature is available; other Calendar metadata and business/financial records have separate retention and review. DayRate explains what can be handled and any retained categories after verification.
Google Calendar connection help
When Google Calendar connection is enabled for your authorized beta account, use Settings → Integrations → Google Calendar to connect your own account, select an owned destination, review connection status and disconnect. Initial consent verifies your Google identity and reads your calendar list without event permissions. When Booking export becomes available, choose Authorize Booking export for separate Google event consent, then explicitly enable export in Settings. Connecting, choosing a destination or completing export consent does not turn export on. Export and synchronization remain disabled during initial connection acceptance.
Where Booking export is enabled, Event titles offers “DayRate Booking” for greater privacy or “Project name” to share the Booking’s saved project name. Empty names use “DayRate Booking.” Review names for confidential information before confirming. Pause export before changing this preference; saving keeps export paused, and resuming updates managed copies in place.
If authorization expires, Google permissions are revoked or a calendar becomes unavailable, follow the recovery action shown in Settings or contact support@trydayrate.com. Google Testing authorizations and refresh credentials expire after seven days, so reconnection may be required. Do not email OAuth credentials or authorization codes.
If Google-side revocation is unconfirmed, use the recovery link in Settings to Google Account permissions and remove DayRate's access. Settings reports DayRate credential removal separately from confirmed Google revocation. Disconnect does not move or delete Google events already in your calendar. An incomplete or unconfirmed provider revocation is distinct from removal of DayRate's stored credential.
